Rediff shopping delivered wrong product - no service response

Teddy bear product number 10280875 Rediff shopping B 202 ,Munirka Appartments,Plot No 11,Sector 9 Dwarka New Delhi,Delhi - 110075,Delhi,India IN http://shopping.rediff.com/shopping/index.html I ordered a teddy bear (product ID 10280875) but they delivered a cheaper and totally inappropriate product (ID number 10243057). I have mailed the actual shipper as well as lodged a complaint with rediff shopping, but its almost a week and there is no response. There is no way to call them either. It looks like a scam job by rediff shopping. I expected some level of service with rediff shopping, but this is totally absurd! There is absolutely NO customer service!! I expect a total refund and not a gift certificate. I guess I can always go to the consumer court since there is no urgency anymore for this item. The occasion for which I had ordered this product has come and gone!
