Kitchenaid Bad Service & Bad Product

Springfield, MA 01056 US We are truly very disappointed in our Kitchenaid Washer and the service center that is supposed to support it. Each and every year since we’ve owned it we have 1-2 problems with it which costs us out-of-pocket cash. This washer was purchased 8 years ago and already it has well exceeded more in service financially than the original purchase price. The service center technician continually stresses that it’s a bad design and we even purchased it from his company. 1 What in the world can we do? 2. Other than buy a new washer of a different make & model, is there any consideration given to a consumer experiencing this unfair service and treatment?
