Watch Kenneth Cole 13350 Dallas Parkway, Suite 3080 Dallas TX, 75240 Dallas, TX 75240 US www.kennethcole.com I visited the Kenneth Cole Store in the Galleria Mall, in Dallas TX. I wanted to purchase a watch, for which we asked a rep in the store to show us a few. It was really sad to know that such good store has such horrible people in store, who looked like as if he was granting a favor to us by showing us the watches. When we wanted to purchase one, he left without speaking a word. After waiting for about 10 mins when we go and ask him about our purchase, he asks us 'what we want' - again. And then says we should have been in line to collect the watch. To add to this, he arrogantly tells us to shut our mouth without any apologies. Another rep who witnessed all of this again asks what we want when we were in line????? And shows his part of arrogance once we went to him. After experiencing all of this we decided not to buy the watch, and he grins at us and takes the watch back. No apologies from anyone. On talking to the store manager, Craig, he says complaint is noted. There was not a word of apology even from person at this responsible position. Overall, a horrible horrible experience in this store. I am never going to buy a Kenneth Cole product again. Will never encourage anyone buying from such arrogant store/chain. The Store at Dolphin Mall in Florida. The customer service was rude and not helpful, especially the managers. I completely understand your situation. I tried to return a watch because the paint was coming off and the glass was getting easily scratched. I was surprised since a few of my friends who purchased their watches had no defects with them. It had not been a month and they would not exchange the watch or give me any store credit. Wow! If it were Apple they would have made the exchange immediately and apologized for having sold a defective product. Never will I buy from a company with such faulty policies.
