Bad UPS experience will never ship there my self

It's my 3rd bad experience with UPS withing 5 months. Unfortunately, it's very unhappy. I ordered an Iphone at eBay. Sender shipped it on 12/23/08 via UPS. It had a schedule delivery for 12/29/08. Ive spend the hole day at my house. Around 2:50PM I decided to check status in there website and I got "12/29/2008 2:37PM THE RECEIVER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO SIGN ON THE 1ST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. A 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE" wow I haven even step out, beside my hole family is here and is impossible for me to miss this! I call UPS @ 3:10PM(800)742-5877 They told me that my local UPS was gonna call me withing the hour well guess what is 5:09 right now and no response yet! I can believe Fortune magazine said "UPS America’s Most Admired Top 10 Most Socially Responsible Companies". Oh please.

bad experience with ups... I sent flowers for my mom that was supposed to be delivered the Saturday before mothers day, I checked the status of the delivery and it was marked delivered with no signature, I called and they just said that it was left at the door...there was no reason to leave it at the door because my parents were home UPS drivers at this location are THIEVES!! this is not the first time that they leave nothing and claim that they did. I am sure that they just keep it for themselves!!! thieves!!! Fortune magazine is wrong!!!
