re murder of my cat and a car wreck/officer drove off

This involves several complaints against the police department, and the Animal Control here, and the bank at Wachovia Bank, Re: a car accident, mugging at ATM machine and brutal murder of my cat at the ATM machine on highway. My cat was murdered on Halloween, Oct 31, and neighbors heard it, and I heard him screaming, and then he was dumped on highway, and police wont investigate, by Lt Oneal and Sgt Gunter, District 2 substation, said they need a letter from a vet saying the cat wasnt run over by car as his death vs killed, and i have 2 page letter from Dr. Piedrahedra at NC State Vet Research, at Veterinary School, in Raleigh, NC , who got specimens of forensic tissues and he mentioned that Blues organs were missing, but stomach contents there, and no lab can do this without liver, gallbladder or kidneys, and the rear leg muscle tissue wont work. Dr. Piedrahedra, said his heart was missing. Animal control wont investigate without police approval and DA wont either, yet DA is over the police,, and neighbors heard him screaming, I have an idea who did this, and suspect several neighbors, and next door neighbor showed me where Blues screams came from. The Wachovia Bank beside where Blue was dumped has ATM camera and it could show who dumped Blue in front of the stoplight., and I was mugged earlier that day infront of ATM machine at that Wachovia, and they wont have anyone call me to release camera or their camera security call me, I made a complaint to Hazel, customer service rep there, a couple weeks after that happened and have police report, with Officer Stanhope at Durham Police dept. about ATM incident also. The DA office told me to call the attorney general in Raleigh, NC about death of cat investigation and they got mad and said the DA knows better than that , since they dont investigate animal deaths. My neighbors have ADT security cameras and other cameras by residents houses where Blue was dumped, and I cant get a subpoena for these cameras until I have a law suit. Blue was a showcat, and didnt deserve this and my personal property. I complained all the way up to the chain of command, city/county attorney, mayor, city hall, state Rep, Larry Hall, to no avail, and the Governors office told me to call the police. Time is running out and the only animal forensic place for autopsy said they cant do forensic on rear muscle tissue, and NC State Vet school, said they dont want involved in litigation, esp since Blue wasnt their former patient, and Dr. Piedrahedra at NC State Vet research took tissue for cloning and forensics and it is in my freezer, along with Blues body and no one will investigate, and I cant find a vet saying he wasnt mutilated first, before being dumped on highway, which Blue never went to. Time is of the essence, and I cant afford an attorney, since I am on disability, SSI for former car accident. And, the police department never got back with me regarding a truck wrecking into me, on Aug 12, 2007, and I had injuries, and a police officer pulled up beside me and looked at me, I motioned to him, and he drove off, I honked my horn and flashed my lights at him also. I went to the police station to identify the officer via their photos of officers, and made a complaint to Sgt Sarvis and he never called me back, after I talked to him, and I called for atleast 2 months. The driver who wrecked into me drove off, after officer drove off from the car wreck. Yet, 6 months later, an article in the Durham Herald Sun Newspaper, told about Sargent Gunter, district 2 squad, told the Old North Durham Neighborhood, group on Yahoo Neighborhood Groups that he looked into all the crime in this area, and noted that the officer that wrecked into me had quit a long time ago, yet neither Sgt Gunter nor Sgt Sarvis at police headquarters at Durham Police Dept on chapel hill st, called me back, yet they volunteered that information to a yahoo group member at old north durham yahoo groups.com, and the paper also. That was a violation of my privacy and also, not informing me, yet someone who isnt connected to me. My auto insurance is giving me a hard time about this auto accident. I told them it was a grey truck and gave a partial amount of the license plate that I saw, since it was dark out side. They never investigated the car accident. The SBI and the FBi, especially the SBI in North Carolina here in Raleigh, NC, said they cant investigate the car accident nor the animal death, without the police dept approval and the SBI, and FBI have CIA camera activity at Geomaps, and googlemaps.com that have camera activity that shows sattelite activity of neighborhoods and streets and it could show details of Blues footsteps, who killed him in this neighborhood, who dumped him at the intersection at the stoplight in front of the bridge close to the Intersate road, and the police cant show me any policy manual stating that they need a vet, to state this, anyhow, the vet/researcher, at NC state veterinary research stated this to me, and wrote a 2 page letter, and doesnt want involved in litigation with blues death, since he took tissue for future cloning of Blue, and doesnt want involved in litigation, and his technician specifically told me that he got lung tissue preserved and Dr Piedrahedra said, they didnt get lung tissue, there fore he is lying, and the lung tissue could show some forensic evidence. I also need a forensic expert which the SBI has, for Blues case. They can take animal hair specimens, etc. I have 3 different reports, from 2 neighbors, The dog next door chased Blue, the people in my duplex threw a brick at Blue in front of the house, and I did bring the brick in my house for future court case with this, and the same bricks are still in their front yard, that match the one out in the street, and the other is that the women across the street threw acid in his eyes and trapped him, and killed him at a devil worship party across the street halloween night., and in spite of all this, the chief of police, never ever called me back about any of these complaints, and his assistant called once, and when I told her what happened, she told me to leave a message on her voice mail with the complaint, and never calls me back.
