First, they lure you in with a competitive rate for moving services that is on par with other companys' bids. Then, after they have everything you've ever owned in their possession, they change the rates on you. Of course, the client, having no recourse but to accept or face a possibly lengthy period of time without those possessions, feels more or less obligated to accept. This is how the actual cost of your move can end up being 4 times more than what the estimate said it would be. WATCH OUT WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Completely unprofessional. If you do deal with them, and they ask for a tip, please give the tip directly to the laborers as they themselves told me that any gratuity given directly to the company will NOT make it to them...
