Rebath, Everett WA

Originally had bathtub and surround; and shower surround installed early July 2008. Starting October 2008, caulking of bathtub surround started receding from bathtub and wall. Also caulking in shower started receding at base of shower pan, corners of shower, and from around corner wall unit. Notified Rebath, Everett WA mid-October 2008 of situation. Made five different appointments to have somebody come out to fix the problem--nobody would show up at scheduled appointment time. I also called the owner and left a message--he did not return my call. I contacted Better Business Bureau, at which time Rebath Everett WA was a member. I have since been notified by BBB that Rebath is no longer a member of BBB and since they have not responded to my claim that my claim is now closed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REBATH, EVERETT WA!!!
