I BOUGHT A PHONE FROM SPRINT AND IT HAD SOFTWARE PROBLEMS SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.THEY SAID TAKE IT TO THE LOCAL SPRINT STORE AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME A BRAND NEW PHONE.WHEN I GOT THERE THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SAID WERE NOT A CORPORTE STORE SO WE CANT DO NOTHNG FOR YOU.HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE 45 MINS. TO THE SPRINT STORE IN MEDFORD OREGON.WHEN I GOT THERE I TALKED TO A MANAGER NAMED MICHELLE LOCKETT AND SHE SAID THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ME A PHONE AND SENT IT TO ME AND THAT THERE STORE DONT GIVE OUT NEW PHONE AND THAT SHE WOULD DO IT FOR ME BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO HELP ME OUT AND THAT I WAS A PERFERRED CUSTOMER.I GOT A CALL 2 DAYS LATER AND I PICKED UP MY PHONE.ANOTHER 45MINS. EACH WAY AGAIN.AT THAT TIME I TALK TO BRYAN.JUST TO KEEP THING STRIGHT BRYAN AND MICHELLE HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD AT HELPING ME GET THINGS TAKING CARE OF AND HELPING ME.NOT PUTTING ME OFF TO ANOTHER PERSON OR DEPARTMENT.SO WHEN I LEFT THE STORE THE PHONE WORKED FINE AND ABOUT 2 HOURS LATER THE NEW PHONE WAS HAVING SOFTWARE ISSUES AND I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ONCE AGAIN THEY TRANSFER ME FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT.THEN AFTER I TALKED TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN 3 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND LAST GUY SAID THE PHONE WAS HAVING SOFTWARE PROBLEMS AND I WOULD NEED TO TAKE IT TO THE STORE SO THEY CAN HELP ME.AT THIS POINT I ONLY HAD THE PHONE ONE DAY.SO I CALLED THE STORE AND TALKED TO BRYAN AND HE LOOKED UP IN THE NOTE AND SEEN THAT SPRINT AND I TRIED ALL THAT WE COULD DO TO FIX THE PHONE AND HE SAID NOT TO COME IN AND HE WOULD JUST ORDER ME A BRAND NEW PHONE AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME IN ABOUT 2 DAYS WHEN IT CAME IN.SO HE CALLED AND I WENT TO MEDFORD AGAIN FOR THE THRID TIME 45MINS. EACH WAY. TO GET ANOTHER BRAND NEW PHONE SECOND PHONE IN LESS THEN A WEEK.I PICK UP MY PHONE ON MONDAY AND BY WEDESDAY (CHRISTMAS EVE)MY NEW PHONE WAS DOING THE SAME THING MY LAST 2 PHONE WERE DOING.BY THE END OF THE NIGHT CHRISTMAS EVE MY PHONE WAS DOING THE SAME THING PLUS WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE I COULD NOT HEARD THE OTHER PERSON BUT THEY COULD HEAR ME.SO NOW THE PHONE I HAD WAS ERASING MY INFO,ONLY LETTING ME GET ON THE INTERNET HALF THE TIME,NOT ABLE TO HEAR PEOPLE EXCEPT ON SPEAKER PHONE AND THEN ON CHRISTMAS DAY THE PHONE WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A SPEAKER PHONE OPTION AT ALL.REMEMBER THIS IS A BRAND NEW PHONE.THATS 2 PHONES IN LESS THEN 10 DAYS.SO I CALLED BACK TO CUSTOMER CARE ONCE AGAIN THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS TO TRY TO FIX MY BRAND NEW PHONE AND TO ONCE AGAIN GET PUT OFF TO THE NEXT PERSON.IHEARD THINGS LIKE THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CAN HELP YOU THAT ITS OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS.SO I GOT TRANSFERED TO THERE AND HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL AND SAID I WOULD HAVE TO BE TRANSFER TO THE COMPANY THE HANLDES INSURANCE CLAIMS.SO WITH OUT NOTICE I WAS TRANSFER TO THEM AND THEY WERE CLOSED.I CALLED BACK TO SPRINT CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE GUY SHOULD HAVE NOT TRANSFERD ME TO THAT DEPARTMENT.FOR ONE HE NEW THEY WHERE NOT OPEN AND THAT IT WAS NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM.SHE SAID I HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY ON MY PHONE.SHE TOOK DOWN MY INFO AND PUT IT IN MY NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SPRINT STORE AGAIN TO GET ANOTHER NEW PHONE OR UP GRADE ME TO THE NEXT MODEL FOR NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE PHONE NCE AGAIN HAD SOFTWARE ISSUES AND THIS TIME SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES ALSO.SO I WENT TO BACK TO THE SPRINT STORE AGAIN 45 MINS. EACH WAY.I ASKED FOR BRYAN OR MICHELLE BUT TO MY LUCK THEY WERE OFF SO I TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND SHE SAID SO WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO FOR ME.I SAID I WAS TOLD BY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO COME THERE TO GET A NEW PHONE OR UP GRADE ME TO A NEW PHONE.SHE SAID SHE CANT DO THAT BECAUSE THE STORE WOULD LOSE OUT $300.OO. THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DO A INSURANCE CLAIM FOR $50.00
