No communication and no refund

Matsunichi digital camera Buy.com US www.buy.com I purchased a digital frame on line through Buy.com. It was sent by Matsunichi the maker and didn't work at all. I returned it and have not heard from either Buy.com or Matsunichi about a refund. No phone numbers for either and can only contact by email.
