Jane Kim Jane Kim Duluth, GA 30097 US FOREVER 21 RETURN POLICY SHOULD BE CHANGED. I bought a necklace that I bought to wear on my birthday party, and it broke when I came home, just like that. It was a pretty cheap necklace, but I didn't even get to wear it. And because it is a fancy necklace, I can only wear it with that dress. So I would never get to wear it in the future other than with that dress. But FOREVER 21 doesn't allow returns on NECKLACES. 10 dollars just flew away. I will never purchase a single thing from that store again!! I will never shop at Forever 21 again. They have horrible customer service. Their employees and especially managers are flat out rude and disrespectful. Don't give them your business unless you enjoyed being had.
