Forever 21 SUCKS

FOREVER 21 RETURN POLICY SHOULD BE CHANGED.

I bought a necklace that I bought to wear on my birthday party, and it broke when I came home, just like that. It was a pretty cheap necklace, but I didn't even get to wear it. And because it is a fancy necklace, I can only wear it with that dress. So I would never get to wear it in the future other than with that dress. But FOREVER 21 doesn't allow returns on NECKLACES. 10 dollars just flew away. I will never purchase a single thing from that store again!!

Well, to be fair, speaking as a former employee -- they do state return policy when you buy jewelry and have a return policy sign right in front of the registers.
