Delta Airlines - Poor Service

Delta Airlines US 2 Complaints: 1. I booked and paid (with sky miles) for a 2 tickects on a flight from Orlando to Kauai for Jan. 27 - Feb 8 (returns to Orlando by Feb 9) and received my flight confirmation. This past week I was checking my seat assignment and found there was a schedule change. I understand that booking in advance, schedule changes will happen. But, with out even contacting me in any way, Delta changed my return flight out of Kauai from Feb. 8 to Feb. 7 (arriving in Orlando Feb 8). This shortened my Hawaii vacation by a day. I had already made travel plans and reservations. Delta offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvience. Inconvience!!! They cut my dream vacation short by one day. I made plans based on their confirmation that I would travel from Kauai to Orlando on Feb. 8. 2. Last month I took my mother to Phoenix. On the return flight to Orlando, my mother's personal wheel chair was left on the ramp in Phoenix. We were told by the gate ageant that took the chair that it would be loaded on the plane and we would have it to use in Atlanta during our layover. When we got to Orlando, the baggage service was able to determine that the wheel chair had been left on the ramp in Phoenix and never loaded. Poor customer service!! Delta used to be my first choice for air travel. NO LONGER. Buyer beware. I have had wonderful experiences with Continental and Northwest in recent days and will be changing my prefered airline.
