Customer Service

I have had nothing but HORRILE experiences when dealing with this company. They financed my vehicle and I had NEVER been late. I called to make arrangements and they flatly refused. It was not so much the refusal, as the horrible service I received. They were rude and very unprofessional. They have outsourced the calls to a foreign country, and the dialect was very hard to understand. They care nothing about customer service. I e-mailed their website, and no response. I will NEVER do business with them again!!!!!!
