js order cancelation

in compliance with terms & condition of Bromalite tried all requirements to cancel order; calling phone # 86689700663 several days for several hours on hold. Never able to get thru, and totally cut off (dead line) after long wait. message gave website to cancel order as an option, sent email, came back rejected (no such email or website.

I was able to cancel membership to FitFactory that was part of hidden requirment to "free trail sample" by calling number they provided and received email confirmation cancellation.

I do not want to continue to receive order as stated in terms & condition, only wanted free sample. Tried all requirements to cancel as outlined in terms and conditions but non worked as stated in their cancellation statement.
