T- Mobile T-Mobile US www.t-mobile.com On December 26, 2008 i realized that my phone was turned off. I just had payed the balance of 135.00 a week ago leaving a balance of 10 dollars and 61cent. So i called t-mobile to try to speak to a repersentive and i was not allowed to until i payed a balance of $10.61 so i payed the remainding balance of and spoke to a repersentive about the situation. Id #4849 tells me that my phone could be cut off if i owed 1 cent . So i asked to speak to a supervisor she tells me i can not speak to anyone because everyone is busy handling someone else. so she has a manager call me back id number 0840399 who was rude as much as the last person i spoke to. She tells me it's not an option for me to speak to someone else because they are not going to change anything. she refused to let me speak to her manager or even give a e-mail address. she tells me if i tell them the situation they may even get rewarded. i am highly upset and this will not be the last time they hear from me.
