Timeshare sale rip off

We were solicited by Unlimited Marketing saying they have buyers for our timeshare for the sum of $1279.00 which we put on our credit card. They said they would send a contract to us by e-mail and overnight delivery, they did not. We immediately checked on the company through the BBB, they had many compalints and bad rating. We then overnighted the 3 day right of cancelation, they signed for it and was within the time frame. We then called the credit card company to inform them of the problem and they wanted a contract, we expalined there is no contract, never got one and still have not ever saw one. The monies have been put on credit card and taken off credit card on 3 different occasions. We contacted the president of Unlimited Marketing in Florida and talked with him, Wayne Lue, and he sent us a signed statment that he recieved the 3 day cancellation and he does not understand why they are not crediting the monies to our credit card. After months and hundreds of phone call to Unlimited Marketing and credit card company with no help. Wayne Lue, president of Unlimited Marketing said he would just mail out two seperate checks to pay us back the monies. We never recieved the checks and now they will not answer our phone calls. We have left at least 30-50 messages with them. How can we be ripped off with a signed letter from the president of this company and a 3 day signed cancellation. $1279.00 is a tremendous amount of monies to our family and we are also paying 14% interest on these monies since Feb 2008.
