Terrible treatment

I don't get it... you guys let me come into the chat room with my problems, and then when my problems seem too much for you... you throw me out..?

I could understand if you sent me an email telling me this is, somehow, not the right place for me to be. But you suspended my account the second I was in not the best of mood for, supposedly, "baiting members just to start trouble..."

First of all, the lady I was talking to said, herself, "let's go debate this out in Help area." I told her, there's nothing to debate, but I'll do it. When I got to Help, you closed my account.

...WHy? Why no explanation, except that I was somehow 'baiting' members. This is so not cool...

My brother spent money on your program, and I tried using it, but wasn't having much luck yet. If this is how you treat your users... I don't see how you expect anyone to feel less stressed in this chat room, if their wrongly uttered word gets the account suspended, no questions asked... What 'bad apples' are you trying to weed out here...?
