Minnie Mouse Mascot for 3 Year Old's Birthday Never Shows.

On December 20, 2008, I had ordered the mascot "minnie mouse" to arrive between 7:00-8:00 pm for my 3 year old's birthday party. I called noon that day to confirm, left a message. Nobody called back. I called again 7:30pm and left a message on answering machine

"where is minnie?" At 8:00 p.m. I received a call from John (? manager) to let me know that the person he hired got sick and if it would be okay to try and send "Mickey Mouse." With a house full of kids waiting for "minnie" and my daughter waiting three months to see "Minnie", I asked him to send anybody at this point. 9:00 p.m. came along and nobody showed. No phone call from John either. He did not have the courtesy to call back and apologize for breaching a verbal contract. GIFT-A-GRAM IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, neither for mascots nor for gift baskets as they are not reliable nor interested in supplying a service. At the end of the day, my 3 year old could not understand why "minnie mouse" would not come see her!
