DirecTV Halstead Communications US Scheduled a DirecTV HD upgrade on 11/27/2008 for 12/20/2008. A new dish was required. 12/20/2008 was horrible weather on the east coast. No installation. That was perfectly acceptable and understandable; however, the follow up has not been either/or. Five phone calls/two emails later to both Halstead and DirecTV, I have been put at the "back of the line" with install rescheduled for mid-January. Not acceptable, but no solution with DirecTV.
