Von Gas Card

I have shopped at Vons for over 20 years. I spent over $200 a week there. My last shopping experience prompted me to NEVER shop at Vons again. I spent $400 and they would not give me a Gas Card. Since I had already received one and you are supposed to keep it. No one told me I should keep it, they said "we tell everyone to keep it" like I was lying to them. They refused to give me a card. I honestly do not see what the big deal is. Why couldn't they reissue me a card? Since then, a month ago, I have not set foot in a Vons. I am also finding that EVERYONE I tell this story to also hates Vons for one reason or another. Although we have only 2 grocery stores in our town, both Vons, I am happy not shopping in Vons anymore. I don't deserve to be treated like a liar. Everytime I see or hear their commercial it irritates me, confirming my boycott.
