Horrible customer service,

I placed an order of 1500 magnet calendar (tear of calendar) sometimes end of November.

1- they failed to explain and mention there is a border fee to pay ($118!!)

2- They sent the package partially, I had to go pick them up to find out its not complete. I had to make the extra trip to pay the fees (UPS wouldn't Deliver without the payment COD) to find out they forgot / mistakenly send incomplete package.

I had to call them and explain the situation, they failed to offer any reimbursements and said they have till Friday Dec 19 to deliver. obviously I didn�t receive anything on Friday , called them on Monday talking to their rep on the phone to find out their customer service is Way worst than what I thought; when was complaining she tried to interrupt me by saying "now be quiet and let me explain"

Overall I really hope you think twice before placing an order with magnet street.

MagnetStreet values excellent customer service and we strive to exceed our customers expectations with every order. We are very sorry to hear that this has not been this particular customers experience. In this case, there was a shipping error on our part that we corrected as soon as we learned of it. Regrettably and uncontrollably, inclement weather further delayed the shipment. With respect to border fees, there should not be any border fees a MagnetStreet customer is required to pay. MagnetStreet serves many Canadian customers. We are a U.S. company but have a contract with the carrier that allows packages to be shipped directly to the customer. The only fee is the GST tax that MagnetStreet collects up front. In this particular case, we have offered to reimburse the additional fees paid by the customer. Again, we are very sorry for any unpleasant experiences and encourage communication between this customer to rectify any outstanding grievances. We appreciate our customers and feel confident that when you order from MagnetStreet, you will be pleased with your experience. Thank you for the opportunity to have a discussion.
