Kenmore Power Miser 9

It didn't take me long to find a number of people with Kenmore Power Miser series of water heaters with big issues. These are terrible appliances and Sears should be ashamed to sell them. I had a power miser 9 installed less than 3 years ago and it has a major leak and needs complete replacement. Sears will not send anyone to look at it for a week and it's the middle of winter. I don't ever want to shop at sears again !
