FedEx they don't care about the consumers

I ordered an item from Buy.com and was told it would be ship to me by DEC 17 2008, as of today I still have not got the item. after calling FedEx 2 times to find out the drivers yes drivers as it has been 2 of them now that drop off my item at the wrong address. not once but 2 times and this is after FedEx calling me to get land marks as to be able to find my house. I told them my address was on the mailbox in BIG BLACK numbers as well as my name on the mailbox,I all so told them other way to find my place, make me think they need a speak and spell on the truck to help the drivers to read. I will tell Buy.com never send me anything with FedEx again only use ups or us mail
