KitchenAid Gas Range Stainless Steel KGRS807SS The Brick 565 West Hunt Club Road Nepean, On K2G 5W5 CA www.thebrick.com We purchased a gas range from the Brick and it was delivered in June of 2008. After having the gas range delivered we called a gas technician to have the unit installed. The technician advised us that we were missing an anti-tip bracket for the gas range. This is to prevent the inadvertent tipping of the range. We called the Brick Customer service and was informed that we needed to call their service company for warranty work. We then called this warranty company numerous times and also waited online for about an hour before getting service. The order was placed for the part and we waited approximately 3 months for the part that was on back order. We also visited the store customer service department and received no response related to our issue. To summarize the final solution I called KitchenAid directly and was able to get the part in 3 days. I would suggest purchasing online from another company as customer service is non existing from the Brick.
