Unable to cancel service

Radio Service Sirius Satelite Radio US sirius.com I called Sirius in June to remove my credit card and report that I gave away the radios. They offered two months free to the new owner. After the two months free to the new owner, they started charging my credit card again. I called repeated my request to remove my credit card and request a refund. I received a refund. I am still being charged on my card six months later. Each month they refund the charges but will not remove my credit card. Today I called and Jeremy informed me that he would not refund the charge and would not remove my card from the account but would close the account. This is not fair. I have repeatedly called them. I have log on to the website and tried removing my card but the site will not let me. I have called my credit card and informed them that I have not authorized any charges by Sirius. Today I am closing the credit card account. What more can I do??
