Store bathroom access

After making my purchase, I needed to use the bathroom in the store. I was told that the only bathroom on either level of the store was in the cafe. When I finally found the bathroom it had an "out of order" sign and tape across the entrance. I find it unfair that a store with as many customers as they have, and one that sells beverages, including coffee, on one of the busiest shopping days of the year does not provide one working bathroom stall for customers. However, my guess is that they do provide a working bathroom for their employees.
