Hi ,


Today , i called to customer COMPANY new delhi Okhla office, i was directed to go to tataindicom shop by the recipetionest. she even did not bother to listen my queries .


I want to know why there is a customer service help line number on the indicom website when company is not able to provide and to handling the queries.

What i wanted from her , whome to contact ?


Yesterday . I got a call from executive from no 91-17226601101 , did not revel her name and also i cannot call back the number . she is directed me to search the CAF no or Application Xerox , but as per me , i lost every thing and its difficult for me to find out the details.


As input i can only provide my Name , DOB , phone no , address ...


I could have buy another Postpaid connection , but still i don ' t want to do that. I wanted to CUSTOMER CARE should resolve this issue. I still do not want to switch over to other service provider .


I am looking for sombody who is accountable for customer support and provide solution to me .I am ready to go to Tata indicom outlet if somthing coul dbe done in this regard .


As a customer , lastly i will follow the rule which every harras customer does.I will never recommend anybody to buy a TATA indicom service going forward due to faild customer services .

Hi


I hv purchased internet product due to its brand equity and keeping faith in the company .Tata is known for its customer satisfaction and have suctomer value. I still believe that, I will feel not cheated with TATA indicom.


 


I have spend Rs 3000 to take TATA Indicom internet services. Even, I have not used this services for single time. My internet connection got locked and not in services.


I keep on calling to company support / helpline number and guys who pick up phone , keep me diverting from sales to support and marketing to support no.


 


Support IVR 9210000121, cannot help me as, I don�¢??t remember my phone no. I need to speake to a customer support executive.


 


No body is available to listen me. At last, I thought of calling Tata indicom Okhla Delhi office telephone no , on following address,

I was surprise and have a bad customer experience after talking to receptionist. And ponder why should I talked to her?




I have called to receptionat 12:00 PM to Okhla Office, May be she was over burden with her job and did not listed my queries and before i finished she has droped the call . I call againg at 12:50 and got some Number (ilmas) 011-66558101 .This may dishonor the company reputation tangibly or intangibly.


 


I wanted to escalate this matter with Tata indicom senior/middle Management. requesting you to provide the contact details .Anticipation , somebody will respond me reasonably to resolve my concern. If possible , Please give me a call on my cell no 99 102 30 643 to invistigate the exact nature of issue..

Hi ,


 


I took the connection in the month of Oct . Before activation internet connection i went to abroad. The guy charge me 600 Rs and give me the SIM card . He said that that this is refundable .He did not give me reciept and took cash from me .


 


Now , Without using the the wireless device there was a call from payment department that 25 Rs is pending . When i tried accessing the Internet device it says that connection is locked .contact service provider.


 


I do not know where to contact and whome to contact . My billing address is 91 b regent , shipra sun city indrapuram ghaziabad.\\\\


 


Please respon if there is any customer service exist in you organisation .
