I had bought a new modular home and just put up in August 2008. The place is coming apart but the company won't do anything. they said the warranty is only good for 30 days. I looked on my title papers and it says I have a one year warranty. Its brand new and is falling apart. what do I do?

I to bought a new 32X80 home paid well over $100,000.00 asnd the day they delivered it it was a night mare I was assured by Scotbilt and the dealer that it would be right I too got it in August of 2008. My home is falling apart. I contacted Lawanda at Scotbilt and Shea JonesVP and the dealer who signed 4 pages of problems on my home at the closing of it he assured me that Scotbilt (WOULD) take care of it. It has been 3 months and I just recieved an e-mail from Lawanda at Scotbilt that they will not do anything to my hoim and for me to contact the state of florida. If I had to do it all over again I would NEVER buy a Scotbilt HOME as the Company is not a good company and They should not be allowed to sell homes. My new home looks like it is 10 years old as it is falling apart
