(PLEASE CONTACT ME) If you are having any kind of problems like myself and others are having walls cracking, Cabinets falling apart, Nails coming up in your carpeting and in your tile, door hinges working up, Walls bowed, Electrical problems like run a 12 AMP Vaccuum and lights go dim, Ceilings Cracking, and much more. I will gladly send you a CD with much more. Their Warranty is a joke, and so is their Service. As for anyone wanting to buy a Scotbilt Home, "BUYER BE WARE" look at what I have. The price looks GREAT but then it is JUNK. Well all most two years later and having the State of Florida coming to my home. Everything they say is cosmedic like my cabinets that were supposed to be wood is coming apart from day one at the seams nails are working up through the carpeting and under my stick down tiles that are coming loose. The doors are bowed as they (DO NOT)use levels or squares so they are twisting my hinges on all my doors I have to hammer them back into place all the time. The Master Bathroom window is nothing but a shower glass window so you can see out but at Night YOUR NEIGHBORS can see you. If you love problems and just don't care that you will spend over $100,000.00 for a new fixer upper than buy a Scotbilt Home from Way Cross Ga. I like several others are suing Scotbilt. I will gladly send you pictures of my DUMP HOME dated from the First day it came onto my property 2008 and up to March of 2010. Scotbilt of Way Cross Ga. is a "BUYER BE WARE HOME" From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 07-May-10 14:28:33 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI to bought a new 32X80 home paid well over $100,000.00 asnd the day they delivered it it was a night mare I was assured by Scotbilt and the dealer that it would be right I too got it in August of 2008. My home is falling apart. I contacted Lawanda at Scotbilt and Shea JonesVP and the dealer who signed 4 pages of problems on my home at the closing of it he assured me that Scotbilt (WOULD) take care of it. It has been 3 months and I just recieved an e-mail from Lawanda at Scotbilt that they will not do anything to my hoim and for me to contact the state of florida. If I had to do it all over again I would NEVER buy a Scotbilt HOME as the Company is not a good company and They should not be allowed to sell homes. My new home looks like it is 10 years old as it is falling apart From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 29-Jan-09 09:27:27 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
