Are they scammin

I placed an order with this company on 12/14/2008 for several hundred dollars.The money was taken from my account on 12/16/08. I'm sure you've figured out it is a christmas present. I got a order number. Tried to contact them by email 4 times and no one has contacted me. I am really concerned that this is a rip off. I know...."if it sounds too good to be true it probably is." But I order from the internet alot and nothing like this has happened to me. I haven't been sent tracking number or nothing. Is there any one that has heard of this company ?????? HELP !!!!!

I place a order on 11/24/08 and on 12/02/08 have never received tracking #'s for ither order. I ordered from a website called denimjeanz.com. The are supposably a sister comp. LOL These people are a fraud and a joke. I have already contacted both credit card companies and filed a report so I can get my money back. Over $400.00 bucks.
