US AMERICA ONLINE GROUP SCAMMED ME TOO

I WAS SCAMMED JUST LIKE THE REST I UNLIKE ALKOT OF OTHERS THAT MADE A COMPLAINT CALLED BACK TO CANCEL WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PAYING MY FIRST $19.95 MONTHLY CHARGE AND WAS TOLD TO AT LEAST GET MY MONEY'S WORTH AND ADVERTISE FOR THE 30 DAYS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR OF COURSE THEY DID NOT CANCEL ME AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND NOW I'M BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH UPON SPEASKING WITH NICK PONCE AND HIS STAFF THEY INFORMED ME THAT I AMUNDER CONTRACT FOR A YEAR AND I WAS JUST OUT OF LUCK. TODAY I FINALLY SAY ALL THE RAVE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY HAS GOTTEN, I WAS RIGHT THIS IS A SCAM.

After a year or two, having paid the set up fees & other dollars, can you get a refund at all? I'm asking this because I am a victim of this fraud & I would like to know if there is any way of getting my money back! Can you reply back with info asap? Thanks, TC

I also was scammed but I didn't realize there was a a 2 week cancellation time. I was scammed for $256.00 and 2 payments of 19.99 for monthly fees. Then , when I said I wanted to cancel the contract, they said I would have to pay 119.94 to cancel , which was 40% off the 10 months cost of $19.99. I sent them the money. I guess a warning would be done get into this or any other "business" without KNOWING the total costs involved including advertising.
