airtel connection disconnected

hi ,

my airtel prepaid mobile connection was disconnected without any prior information or intimation.

Eventhough i have submitted all my id proof twice properly.

The mainthing is that the new airtel connection havebeen got by me before two months only.

There is no response from airtel till now regarding the disconnection of my connection.

I feel VERY VERY SERVICE PROVIDER AIRTEL

There is no customer satisfaction and proper dealing in their queries.
