Washer & Dryer Repair US Several months ago, I purchased a 5 year service plan for my washer/dryer and refrigerator. 8 days ago I called to schedule repair for my washer and dryer and was scheduled for tomorrow and was told the same repairman will service all 3 appliances.This evening I received a call and spoke with Jay who confirmed the refrigerator upkeep check up but said he had a problem with the other two appliances and needed to reschedule. Not only did I have to wait 1 week and a day for service but now you want to reschedule? This is unacceptable. I purchased this contract because in the past I loved how quickly I was attended. Now its a total disregard for my inconvenience. I scheduled a day off for tomorrows services and I average $75.00 in laundry services. In addition, I asked Jay to connect me to a supervisor and it took over 20 minutes on hold for him to contact one.Then I get rerouted to an operator, Michelle who suggested I call the Service Unit but gives me a tentative appointment for another week. Now I'm expected to wait 15 days for a repair? I will notify the Attorney General/Department of Consumer Affairs & The Better Business Bureau if this is not addressed and resolved immediately.
