poor haircut and color

When I called Spa Chakra they quoted me their old prices, which was $70 for a partial highlights, $65 for a haircut. When I got the bill it ended up being $110 for partial highlights and $100 for a haircut. The work was so poorly done but I did not want to cause a scene at the spa.

Some of my highlights were black. On top of it the dye was spilled on my clothes. Additionally the haircut took about 5-10 minutes--most of the time was spent using a hot iron on my head.

The person on the phone also lied about the woman who would do my highlights. He said the person had been there a long time and was named "Ann Martin". He name ended being different and she had only worked at the salon a couple of months.

I had to go to another salon and have the highlights corrected. This cost me an additional $110. On top of it my shirt I wore to the salon was ruined.
