ABUSES AND THREATS FROM AIRTEL

Attn. Sh. Sunil Bharati Mittal, Group Chairman, Bharti Enterprise (BhartiAirtel Ltd.) Respected Sh. Mittal ji, This is to bring to your kind knowledge - the most indecent behaviour withhordes of abuses as were hurled at me this afternoon by one of Airtelstaffer - who claimed his name as Mr. Saurabh and called up from phonenumber 011-43552036 on my mobile phone (Reliance number): 9312574599. The above mentioned Mr. Saurabh was demanding payment for two unpaid billsand was told by the undersigned that one Mr. Bharat Singh (or may be BhagatSingh) who had already discussed the matter and was told that on Thursdaythe payment of Rs.1691 will be paid - cash. But, suddenly, the call from Airtel today afternoon at about 12.39 Hrs.,was indeed shocking and the caller contnuously hurled abuses for a fewminutes before I disconnected the phone. The caller also threatend me ofdire consequences and repeatedly made a statement that he would beat me upand rape my sister for non-payment to AIRTEL. I DONOT UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY AIRTEL IS ADOPTING SUCH TACTICS THROUGH SUCHELEMENTS TO RECOVER DUES FROM ITS SUBSCRIBERS. It will be appreciated if you personally direct the concerned department toinitiate apprpriate action in the matter and send me a reply for a betterimage of Airtel / Bharti Group and for a subscriber's mental satisfaction.
