freecreditreport.com problems

Used freecreditreport.com for using credit services but they required a small fee. The problem is they used that fee and continued to debit out of the credit card for months even when asked to stop payment.

Freecreditreport.com tells you that will not charge you and when you tell them about the debitting on your credit card, they do not reverve the fees. If you ask them about returning fees, they won't credit you back.

The only way to get your money back is contact the bank.

I think freecreditreport.com is a ripoff as they debit money out of your account but also they do not like to refund your money back.
