US WHEN I HAVE TO PURCHASE A PART FOR MY HANDYCAM I FOUND THAT THE SONY CUSTOMER CARE (25211050)SERVICE IS MOST PATHETIC. They act just as blame passers than solution providers. They say service center should provide the spares & don't have patience to give any further support. Disconnecting of the call was the worst ever response I got from any customer care centers recently. Sony is great & adamant enough to disconnect the customer care call.
