JP Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank

Chase Manhattan Bank P.O Box 15129 Wilmington, DE 19850-5129 I'd like to

register a complaint against Chase Manhattan Bank card services.

I contacted them, as did my lending institution, bank, and new mortgage

company to get a final payment amount in order to close my account and pay

it off in full, including al finance charges and fee's or fines.,

I paid the amount off that I was instructed to, prior to the date that was

required.

Almost 2 months later I have received a bill for almost $16.00 and am now

being told that even if I pay that off, it is a revolving credit account,

and even though it is closed, I will continue to be charged interest and

fees. I have used over 300 minutes on my cell phone in the last 24 hours

dealing with them hanging up on me, yelling at me, cutting me off, and

refusing to transfer e to supervisors with any type of empowerment to help

their customers. I have left over 5 voicemails and sent e-mails to them to

no avail.

Please help!
