Worst services offered by Nokia

I have brought Nokia N73 music edition( IMEI : 353548021514113)last month. From day 1 the handset is getting switched off automatically. Visited nokia care 5 times but still the facing the same problem. Nokia is not ready to replace my handset. They have cheated me by selling the defected handset. I lost money and my time by getting nokia handset. i am going to file a case in consumer court aganist nokia.
