many allegations for the last 25years.In the name of bringing

The allegations are:

Incorporated in state of California and registered by the attorney

general is doing business as a non-profit tax 501 C tax exempt even

though California Franchise Tax Board had suspended Ethiopian Sports

Federation in North America on 3/21/1990. http://www.sos.ca.gov/

ESFNA is non-profit 501C tax-exempt organization because IRS did not

know about the state level suspension.

ESFNA has taken two actions since the suspension information went public.

a. The week of June 6, 2008: It changed agent name from MAKONNEN

GEBREHIWOT to FASSIL ABEBE.

b. Incorporated in Washington, D.C. on 5/19/2008 File No.: 281506

Committed fraud and embezzlement for the last 25 years.

Refused to disclose or provide form 990 for the last 25 years.

Failed to report income to IRS.

Reported exaggerated expenses.

Failed to file tax return from 1985 to 1992.

Involved in political campaigns.

Used income and assets to support illegal activities. Immigration and

Mortgage fraud

Didn't report donations to IRS.

Didn't report its contributions.

Laundered money.
