Sify (evil) internet

I really disappointed with sify internet service, I have Sify internet connection but its really bad service, my internet speed really really too slow, I complain in sify branch hundred of times but no buddy solve this serious problem.

First I take internet plan is 128 kbs but its too slow and downloading speed is mind-blowing you want to know how much 708 b/s, if I want download any software and size of that file 4.28 MB so I have to wait approx 1.28 hr. If that your internet service I really wish I don’t need that type of service.

Now I have 400 MB plan its also too slow....I have faced much more problem like conn. Unplugged most of the time some errors shows no buddy come when we

Complain every one says we send a person he solved your problem....but no buddy come from sify branch office.
