Windows XP Service Pack 3/Windows Movie Maker Microsoft US I contacted Microsoft on line support because I was having problems with Windows Movie Maker. I did and upgrade and since then when I transfer video from my video recorder to Movie Maker the quality is poor. I spent over 12 hours on line trying to resolve the problem and from everything that Mocrosofts support people have done I am now having other problems with my computer. I supposedly talked to a manager who said he would send me a disc for Windows XP because this is the only way to resolve the problem. I gave him my information and have sent 2 e-mails to confirm receipt and have yet to hear from him. I have sent emails to Microsoft Support and of course this process takes days, the response time is 24-72 hours. I have gone to Microsofts website trying to see if I could find any type of support that is in the USA but there is none nor is there any other support except for the support that has screwed up my computer and I am not going to contact them again.
