Don't fall for their scam!

This site tells you to upgrade your account to access all services. It says $5.00 a month. When you enter your info, they bill you instantly for the full year! Then when you hit continue hoping to get the standard confirmation section to cancel it tells you it has already been processed. Then after the fact, it says non-refundable. What a scam! Then when you call customer service, they give you the run around and say you authorized it etc by hitting continue (once mind you--in one click you are apparently allowing them to bill you). The idiot clerk will say she is not authorized to refund the charges, but will transfer you to a supervisor. Surprise! Transferring to the supervisor puts you in touch with a person's voice mail! You will get nowhere with them and they have the whole system designed to take your money through deceptive advertising and deceptive practices. Avoid them like the plague--yet another internet scammer.
