Deanna Robinson house rentals

An individual named Deanna Robinson rents several properties in Terre Haute, IN. I was one of her tenants for nearly a year. At the time I was a college student at RHIT as was my wife who also rented from Ms. Robinson. These properties' addresses were 2700 and 2642 Schaal Avenue located NE of Wabash Kroger. Ms. Robinson "checked up" on the house several times throughout the lease term and would often come to the property uninvited. There were several occasions of vandalism and robberies, one instance including the house (2700) being robbed...too bad Ms. Robinson wasn't "checking up" on the property then. THPD did nothing for us and neither did Ms. Robinson. She did not help us out on the next months rent or show compassion in any way. Ms. Robinson also charged us for "lawn care" which she did in our absence and did not indicate that she would be doing. We received a bill in the mail after which we immediately called her and requested a meeting. She was indifferent and stubborn in the meeting and only agreed to charge half the bill after hours of talking. Rent was $1300/month and if you are familiar with the property you know that price is outrageous. Unfortunately my friends and I had little choice at the time but to sign the lease. After paying $1300/month for nearly 11 months and leaving the house in an acceptable condition she stole from us again. Out of the $1300 deposit we only received $700 of it in return. Charges she made were bogus and speaking with the woman has produced nothing. Deanna Robinson is an intolerable person and a crook. I recommend that you do not engage in any lease or business transaction with her of any kind. Thank you for your time.

Deanna Robinson is a lunatic! She will charge you $10 an hour for maintenance she wants to do on the rental property. She loves surprise visits. She is a slum-lord not a land lord. Do not rent from this woman. She has a house on S 8th street that is green near the intersection of College. She has not been able to rent it for over a year. No wonder why! She is a hott shitty mess. She will rob from you and pee in your food.

well id recommend avoiding Dehart rentals. Mind u his deposits are cheap but when u have nothing even a cheap deposit matters.owners are Ryan Dehart and his mother barbara. they never give out deposits and ive posted on it and have gotten back tons of people who are fighting him still. Its been nearly 9 months still waiting for the deposit.He never pays the utilities and u end up in the middle of the winter without heat and electricity. He owes thousands to the water company so twice a month water is shut off. He actually had tenants get together and sue him and they won part ownership of his properties. good luck.
