TracFone International Long Distance Calls

Since more than three weeks I try to call to a phone number in Switzerland (no cell phone). All I get is an error message (something like "The destination you're calling is not included in this service"), although they list this country as reachable and it works with other numbers. Trying to add the number to the Frequent Numer List via internet also ends up with an error message. As I found out, this happens only with a specific area code. I had noumerous e mail correspondence as well as discussions on the phone with Tracfone Customer Service. The people on the phone where very friendly but totally incompetent with regard to any technical details (obviosly poor guys, most likeley bad paid and not at all trained on more than elementary problems). The e-mail replies also where just completely meaningless. Because I worked several years for the largest Swiss telco, I have a good understanding of what the problem might be, but no one at TracFone cares. I've been given already two ticket numbers: 353 437 50, and some days later: 355 594 15, but I've got no response at all on either of these. Conclusion: Hands off!
