Ripped off in Oceanside

I ordered trusses for a home remodel project and paid in full. The trusses were never delivered. The owner Don Miller admitted to me he did not have the money to pay for the wood nor for his workers to build them. He said he would pay me back, but his phone number is no longer working and he has disappeared.
