I placed an order on 5/29/08 which I did not receive until 8/6/08 after numerous e-mails the last of which was on 7/30/08 telling me the item was sent on 7/28/08. I finally received and the postdate was 8/5/08 and after confirming the correct size I was still sent a wrong size. At this point I want to return the item and receive a refund instead of waiting on a replacement which will probably never come. The company refuses to refund my money. I feel after waiting two months and then receiving an incorrect order this is totally out of order. I just want my money retuned and never have contact with this poorly run company again.

FOXY PAWS IS THE BEST!! i LOVE THIS STORE THAY HAVE ANNUAL FUND RAISING EVENTS FOR PET RESCUE GROUPS ALL THE TIME. i HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL THINGS & JUST LOVE THEM!

The order the place in our Galleria location was written as shipped. We offered to ship another harness for free to the client & she refused. We have been in business for over ten years & are very active in our community. We feel she is a hstle client who is unreasonable.I formally request this posting to removed.If it is not removed we will take this client to court were to find that a consumer complaint constitutes libel or defamation,and asj that they find them to be held legally responsible for damages to the reputation of our business
