PPSapparel.com a.k.a. Presentation Products & Solutions Sold the Emperor His New Clothes

PPSapparel.com a.k.a. Presentation Products & Solutions sent me the wrong product. After three unanswered e-mail messages, the owner, John M. Williams, finally responded to my fourth message. He told me to keep the incorrect item and that he would send me the correct item at no charge. He never sent me the correct item or contacted me again!
