NEVER ORDER FROM BEST OF AS SEEN ON TV!

I ordered 2 Aqualinx from bestofasseenontv.com and it is 3 weeks later and there is no delivery. They took my money from my credit card the day after the order. I've contacted them both as an online chat and in email. I finally told them to refund my money and it's a week later and there is no refund. They keep telling me it's out of stock and won't come in until "Friday". If it's out of stock... don't take my money. They've notified the USPS of the order and I have a tracking number, but only "electronic info" has been received by the USPS. They no longer respond to email and live chat is constantly down. There is no mailing address and their customer service is long distance for me (no toll free number). I am now asking my credit card company for a chargeback - and posting as many complaints on the internet as I can muster the energy for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS... THEY ARE THEIVES.
