Lane Bryant's Website, customer service sucks!

Not only did they ship me the wrong dress because their warehouse had the sku numbers mixed up- they double charged me! I needed the dress asap for a wedding, and now I don't know what to do!

Their customer service sucks, they are rude and unhelpful.
