Electricity rate more than doubles without notice

We engaged a 6 month contract with Amigo Energy 777 S Post Oak Blvd Suite 700 Houston TX 77056 In the next billing cycle following the 6 month term, without notice our rate was raised from .107 kwh to .2419 kwh. our bill was raised from $292 to $664 due to the delay it takes to change providers our bill next month will increase from about $300 to $750 I was told there was no time to inform us that our bill would more than double. Not very believable that they were unaware of an increase of this magnitude. I asked for documentation that their costs had increased similarly and nothing was available in writing. This is pure bait and switch and predatory billing. If you've been victimized too, contact the Texas State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
