Sir/Madam,


I bought lenovo laptop on 29-11-07, serial number 2048230-MA8MHH5, after few days it stated hanging itself, I called Lenovo call centre and registered by case there. They advised me to visit the Ingram micro India (p) ltd which is an authorised dealer of Lenovo, I went there and had to keep my laptop there for few days and then they returned it back saying that it is alright now. After working for few hours at home on it the same problem again occurred. After that I again complained and registered my case and visited the same service centre again. Again they kept it for few days and returned it back without rectifying the problem. I have registered and visited the same service centre so many times since then that I am fed up with it now. The different case/complaint numbers are 2008060400001112, 2008061300000953, 2008043000002998, 2008053000000205, 2008060400001112, concerned person is Rajeev.

Now my system is lying at home and I am not able to work on it whereas I am still paying the installment for the same to the bank as I had financed it. I have stopped going there as visiting so many times after taking time from the tight schedule the problem has remained as it is. I have also requested for the replacement but no body is paying any heed to it.


I request you to please look into my case and forward this mail to the concerned company officials as i have not been able to find any email id or phone nos of Lenovo.
